what is your return/exchange policy?
all sales are final. due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
how long will it take for my order to arrive? do you offer same-day delivery?
all orders head out every wednesday via J&T! same day deliveries are not available at the moment.
since i’m a one-woman show for now, this helps me keep things organized and make sure every package gets the love it deserves. 💌✨
delivery times are:
- metro manila: 2-3 business days
- outside metro manila: 5-7 business days
what payment methods can i use?
- we accept payments from all major credit cards through PayPal
- we also accept payments through GCash, as well as bank transfers via Unionbank
- we do not offer cash on delivery (COD)
- for GCash and bank transfers, please complete your payment and send proof of payment to wear.kaku@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving our payment instructions to avoid order cancellation
